Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the date! In such cases, we will refund the sitting fee for the photo session or the hourly rate for online learning, depending on which service you've booked. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours or if you fail to show up at the scheduled time, we will not be able to refund either fee. Thank you for your understanding.
